Super Depressed 😔

Me and my boyfriend had fallen completely in love with each other. We were doing so good, we were both very communicative so we both spoke what was on our minds, the good and bad. We both just got our AA degrees and were planning on transferring colleges together! We talked about it for months. Out of nowhere, he mentions a job offer that he got in Colorado while we’re currently in Florida. I have a scholarship and explained to him that he could get just as good as a job here in FL. We decided to go on a “break” so we could figure something out. He decided to go to Colorado just for the summer to test and see if he likes it up there. We started declining into just friends so that we could both prepare for the unknown future between us. We kept reminding each other that we loved each other. A few weeks later, he stops talking to me and texts me this big apology letter saying that I don’t deserve him and that he wishes me the best. It was kind of unusual. Next thing I know, he’s dating another girl and decided to attend a community college where she’s going in Florida. Any time I see him in person he tries his hardest to get my attention, the other day he started talking loud behind me, as soon as I glance over my shoulder he smirks at me. My heart is completely shattered, we even talked about getting engaged. I’m still in love with him and I have no clue what happened because I felt like I did everything right, he even told me so.
