Worth a shot right....

I think my husband and ai are gonna try and talk our realtor to put an offer in our dream home. The homes asking price is $169,000. It's a new home, no one has loved in it. It has no landscaping on it. We are gonna see if they will either work with us on the payments per month amount or see if they will take like $150,000. I know it's a low ball, but all we can go up to without being nervous. We got approved for $200,000 but we don't want to over do it. Wish us luck!!!
