You can sometimes shed the entire uterine lining in one go. If it was a mc and you took a pregnancy test now, it would still come up positive. Good luck honey xx

How big is it?? Did you take a test? That doesn’t look like uterine lining looks like a very early miscarriage I had 3 miscarriage and it looks just like that but I could be wrong
