Spotting at 10 weeks pregnant...

As of tomorrow (April 16th) I’ll be 10 weeks exactly. This is my first pregnancy and so far I have had zero spotting. Other than very mild cramps here and there I’ve had a pretty smooth pregnancy so far. Just now I went to the bathroom and had some very very light pink spotting. I know very early on this is normal, but should I be concerned that this is happening at this point? I did some cleaning around the house today but I took breaks so I wouldn’t over do it. I know right now it’s okay. I’m just terrified it will get worse. Someone please reassure me I’m just overreacting.
