What would you guys do lol

So I’m selling my furniture because I’m moving halfway across the country. So exciting. And I have a bunch of people wanting it. The First girl said she would pay $300 for it and get it next week but I had someone just say they can come get it now for full price but I already have been communicating with the First Lady. 
Who do I give the items to lol

whenever I'm selling stuff and someone offers me a price and cant pick up within a couple days I tell them that I really need it gone but if it's still available (whatever day they said) I'd be happy to sell it to them for (the price they said). just an idea for next time

As a rule of thumb I always post it as this, first come first sold... anddddd no holds... people will waste your time, and days later when you try to get in contact with someone wanting to buy the item, they have already moved on...
Case in point.. I had a washer and dryer set for sale for $800. Like five years old— immaculate condition.. I told this guy he had to wait Bc some lady gave me the run around story about how bad off she has it and so I felt for her.. I saved it for her and lo and behold she fell through... days later I messaged the guy who really wanted it who had cash in hand and what had he done??? Went and bought a brand new set from Lowe’s........ my face was 🤯
Needless to say... weeks later I finally sold the set for... $400... for a perfect washer and dryer.. I’m still pissed. 
Sell your stuff.. to who ever you please.. I know you feel strongly about selling to the First Lady because you have a conscious... but maybe shoot her a message and tell her how bad you need to move this stuff??

Did you tell the first person she could have them? If not then I would sell to the person who offered full price. You could also message the one that offered 300 and said someone offered you full price and see if she will go up in her price. Honestly people may get offended by me saying this but if someone offered me the price I was asking I would give it to them unless the girl that offered 300 would pay full price then I’d give it to her.

First come first serve. I buy and sell a ton of furniture and typically if someone wants something, they will come immediately and especially if given a deal. I would tell the first person, out of  courtesy, that you have another interested party willing to pay in full and come immediately. If the initial person is truly interested, she can make it happen. More times than not, people don’t show when they make a plan for a week away. It’s just the nature of the beast. You can give her the option ( lady 1) to try to beat the other person there but I honestly just sell to who gets here the quickest with the cash and am always honest about that in my listings.
