Implantation bleeding or...??

I had a D&C; on March 15, I’m still waiting for AF. I had EWCM 7-10 days ago, and O cramping about 5 days ago. This morning, with my FMU I had pink spotting. Then for the first couple hours of the day I had insignificant cramping, like period cramping, but not as bad as my normal cramping. I was assuming I would have my first AF next week, just based on the EWCM and O cramping. I never had any more bleeding or spotting today, other than first thing this morning. Could this be implantation bleeding or just something random? I’ve always been pretty regular, with no spotting between AF’s.
