Early pregnancy urine

Okay ladies, my urine for the past few days has been smelling off, I know it’s not a UTI or a yeast infection because I’ve had them before to know better. AF was due on the 9th, still hasn’t shown her face and all PTs have been negative. Although leading up to this week I’ve had weird spotting that I don’t ever have “before a period” this would be my second pregnancy if so, I know some second time mothers can detect HGC through their urine smell? Please help me understand what’s happening???
