Some motivation tips to get my motivation back please !
I’m 26 with a nine year old now settled down happy , and gained that happy weight and need to lose about 40 lbs to get back to comfortable me! My motivation compare to year and half ago isn’t the same not even my sex drive. Weight gain killed please give insight on how to get the motivation back !
