What’s in your room vs the nursery for newborns

I have a pack and play in my room for the first few months when my baby is little and getting up multiple times a night. Her nursery is across the house and I don’t want to walk over there every time she cries. So we have the pack and play, a night stand with diapers and a lamp, her noise machine, and then I also put our glider in our master as well. Is there anything else that’s convenient to have in your room? First time mom and I’m tried to be prepared as she could come any day now!
