natural birth tips please
hello all.. any birth tips advice? reading and listening to some birth stories make me wants to prepare more.. some are easy.. some the baby dont want to come out.. since im always at home taking care of my baby niece (6 months) i dont walk a lot.. should i be walking more in my 3rd trimester? im only in my 30 weeks. thanking you in advance
