Biggest insecurity

I am 18 years old and my hands look like this ....I absolutely hate the way my hands feel and look and it makes me absolutely insecure . Some people think I’m rude bc I won’t high five them or shake hands with them but it’s only bc I’m extremely insecure about my hands .... people who’ve noticed my hands

always ask me “why do your hands look like that “ or

“Why do you have old lady hands “ a guy even said “ how can your boyfriend hold hands with you “ . I know there’s nothing I can do about it but it’s really starting to affect my self esteem 😟
