What to do?

Question

I'm already struggling with low supply. 
Now sometimes when i feed and theres a strong letdown, baby will cough or choke, unlatch and refuse to relatch and just sleep. I try everything but he wont latch again even if he just ate for five minutes. 
Also sometimes he kind of gags at the taste of my nipple. 
I hate the thought of him being hungry
Advice please?.

This might help: Nurse more frequently. This will reduce the amount of milk that accumulates between feedings, so feedings are more manageable for baby.
Nurse when baby is sleepy and relaxed. Baby will suck more gently at this time, and the milk flow will be slower.
Wait until let-down occurs, then take baby off the breast while at the same time catching the milk in a towel or cloth diaper. Once the flow slows, you can put your baby back to the breast.
Pump or hand express until the flow of milk slows down, and then put baby to the breast. Use this only if nothing else is working, as it stimulates additional milk production. If you do this, try to express a little less milk each time until you are no longer expressing before nursing.

what makes you think you have low supply? I promise baby doesn't not like your nipple. with the forceful letdown, baby may be either swallowing a lot of air that fills their tummy or are getting enough in that time, some babies are very efficient nursers. If baby is falling asleep with relaxed fists, that's likely the case. to help with the letdown, you can unlatch when you feel it coming and express into a bottle until it slows down, then latch again. this problem typically corrects itself after a while.
