Breastfeeding and working out?

I’m currently 34w+4d. I really want to breastfeed and pump when my little one arrives so I can build a freezer stash.
I was doing Crossfit and body building type workouts in the beginning of my pregnancy and I would like to start working out once I get the go ahead from my doctor.
My question to you ladies is how can I make working out and breastfeeding/pumping work around a workout?
Do I pump before? Or after? Anything special I have to do to my boobs?
