Clogged artery in umbilical cord

Hey ladies . During my 20 week scan my results showed that my baby girl has a 2 vessel umbilical cord and i had a low lying placenta . I was sent for another ultrasound at 28 weeks to check placenta postion ... I had a follow up appointment April 2 where my doctor said my placenta moved up.. I asked about the cord and if there were anymore issues . Apparently they didn't mention it in my US results so she sent for a reevaluate on my US photos to look at the cord. I got a call today that they will be sending me for a level 2 ultrasound because there appeared to be a blood clot in one of the arteries in the umbilical cord :( I'm so upset and scared for my baby. I googled a lot and it has only scared me more. And what if I would have never asked about the cord and they didn't catch the issue :( :( Is there anyone who can relate or has been through this ??!
