Diaper changing with mobile baby?

We have officially arrived at that stage where changing the diaper is a wrestling match. My LO refuses to stay on her back for a diaper change, she immediately rolls onto her belly. She’s surprisingly strong for her young age and I feel bad about ‘holding her down’ to get it done. However, that’s where I’m at.

So: does anyone have any tips on how to change a diaper when a baby is on their belly? Or is there some magic technique to make this easier? I have tried the distraction route or having one specific toy just for diaper changes but neither seems to work.
