Potty training?

How did y'all get y'all's kids to pooty on their potty instead of their diaper. my daughter is 2 years old and she hides to do her business and runs when I try to get her on her potty.

My son loved those small Lollipops dum pops and I would keep them in a jar in the bathroom and told him if he used the potty he got a pop and he would do it for me. Also he hated being nasty so I put him in big boy underwear so he wouldn’t go potty on himself because he hated when he did. Not sure if it will work for you but it’s what I did

I started taking him everytime i went And told him you pee pee and poopy in the potty like a big boy like mommy and daddy and when i was done id say yayy! 
And when i was done id stand up and get him to tell the pee pee bye bye or bye bye poopy and flush 
I had to buy the seat insert for the toilet and made it fun i gave him candy after he went
Or even his tablet.
He's 22 Months and fully potty trained. 
Each baby does it at their own pace. 
It took a lot of patience!
