Ultra Sensitive

My wife has overly active nerve endings and is ultra sensitive to any sort of touch (clothing to skin, skin to skin, etc.) Along the same lines, she hates the feeling of wetness on her including water, lubricants, or saliva. I really want to give her oral but when I even get close she tenses up and pushes me away knowing that it’ll be too much for her to handle. Any suggestions on how to overcome this?
