keto diet- does it work???

Hey ladies! I'm desperately trying to lose weight. I have been considering different diets. have any of you tried the keto diet? How much weight did you lose and how long did it take? Do you have any diet recommendations that worked better? Thanks loves!

Yes it does 100%, my husband is on the Keto. He’s lost about 20lb in the past 3 weeks. He is going to the gym and early on doing IF. I’ve literally seen such a huge change ! I can’t believe it. He’s a big guy started at around 244 or so and now 222/223lbs. He’s really sticking to it. Keto is a lifestyle change, not a diet as in salads only . Don’t let the no carbs or pasta turn you off. As my hubby’s personal chef LOL I know the possibilities are endless. I’ve actually just started an IG of all the good foods and sugars he has been using.If you want some food idea feel free @healthylife.healthywife07. Good luck and stick to what ever you plan to try. It depends. I’ve seen people do it and have successful weight loss, and I’ve seen people do it as what seems like an excuse to binge eat cheese and bacon every day and they gained weight. Eat for your health rather than as something to do and you can lose weight following any diet plan.
