Ultrasound tech ruined the surprise!

I had an anatomy scan yesterday and we told her we do not want to know the sex of the baby. She asked if we want it in an envelope or anything and we said we do not so she promised not to let us see. Well, she was trying to get all the images and look at the sex last because she still had to record it and she would just tell us to look away. She couldn’t get all the images she needed first because baby kept squirming and hiding so she looked at the sex, told us to look away, and then tried to get the other images after. But because she looked so early, as she was getting the other images she made a comment that seemed very gender specific, then she used a specific pronoun 🤦🏻‍♀️. At the end she went to get the doctor and as we waited she left the screen with all baby’s information up on the tv right in front of us!! I looked up and saw it so I told my husband “don’t look, I think maybe she left the sex up there”. He didn’t hear the pronoun and he didn’t see the sex on the screen. I didn’t tell him that I saw it but he did hear the first comment that made him suspicious. We still aren’t telling anyone and we are just trying to pretend it didn’t happen but I’m still mad!!! She even told the doctor before he came in that we don’t want to know. How do you let it slip twice and then leave it on a big screen for us to see??? So there is our birth surprise ruined, how was your day? 😠
