21, Pregnant, and Terrified

So, I just found out that my boyfriend and I are pregnant, we’ve been together for almost 2 years. Right now we’re staying at my grandparents while saving up for an apartment. My parents aren’t the biggest fans of my decision to leave college (my heart really wasn’t in it and I have since gotten a full time job). My boyfriend is also 21 and also has a full time job but is not in the highest regard with my parents because he has not yet gotten his GED yet and doesn’t have a car. But he’s one of the most loyal and hardest working people I know and it trying to get a second job while also working his full time job. He just doesn’t meet the standards my family has for me and that makes it even more terrifying to tell them because I know how they are. If any one out there has any advice I would appreciate it. I don’t know how to tell my family, and I know they’ll be angry and disappointed. I get severe anxiety when people are disappointed in me.
