Help please

I’m so confused! So I’ve been tracking my ovulation this month with an opk and I even had an LH surge peak on the 12th to be exact.. Now a week later I’m having dull throbbing pain on my right ovary that penetrates to my lower back. Which feels like my ovulation pain.. I don’t want to test again for ovulation because I hear it will only confuse you more if you get another positive. Any body else have this problem before?
