Positive test

So I’ve never posted here before but I’m in a need of positive advice. According to my LMP I should be 7 weeks today but I’ve been getting hormone testing for a whole weeks n half they r telling me due to my low hormone level I may be having a miscarriage but I’m not cramping or bleeding I had an ultrasound done and they want me to go and pretty much have an abortion because they r afraid my pregnancy is an atopic pregnancy. Yet again I feel great no pain. Today I go in for an ultrasound since they don’t want to do any more blood work. My thing is what if I’m only 2-4 weeks pregnant and that’s why my hormones or low and not at the level they want them to be because they r expecting for them to be at a level of 7 weeks. Can someone relate.
