5 weeks pregnant with a cough

Hey ladies!! So I am 5 weeks pregnant and have had an annoying cough for like 4 days. I had a doctors appt to make sure my lungs were clear and she said they sound clear. I know this is silly but I’m so afraid all this coughing could hurt the baby since it’s so early in the pregnancy! The book I have from my OBGYN has meds in there that are safe to take but I am so afraid to take anything and don’t want antibiotics if I don’t have to. I’ve been trying honey and natural cough drops which help but has anyone taken mucinex or anything this early in the pregnancy?? Thank you so much!
