How long does a super tampon last you? Because when I am at school we only have to hall passes a day and I have 7 classes. Generally I have to change every hour. Is this normal?

Depends on the day but usually my 2nd and 3rd day I have a really heavy flow so maybe 2 hours.

That sounds like a very heavy period, you might want to talk to your doctor about it. In the meantime, wear a large pad as backup and try to convince your female teachers to have pity on you. If that doesn't work, talk to the school nurse?
