Can someone help me?

Has anyone had a high bbt before ovulation. I had spotting March the 20th which was my period and went off my birth control the same day. I had a postive ovulation test on the 29th and about 12 hrs later I had really bad cramps and spotted when I went to the bathroom and passed a very small clot. I'm now 20days passed ovulation and no period and bfn and my Dr said I couldn't have ovulated that soon that the ovulation was wrong. Ok but why is my bbt the temp it usually is after ovulation. Has anyone had this problem? My chart is in the comments and yes I know I didn't chart before ovulation but I wasn't expecting to get a postive ovulation test yet not on CD 10.
