Please help

So I haven’t had a AF since February i have been having some on again off again cramping since March however last week I got really sick and was running fevers couldn’t keep anything in me rather I was vomiting or having diarrhea (sorry TMI) ended up being in the hospital for dehydration I have tested but I gave it up due to keep getting negative results I still have not received my AF and yesterday I had some slimy clear looking dischargeso now I’m back wondering should I retest again or just keep waiting has anybody else experienced this before?

Also I have noticed that I have been having a lot more white milky colored discharge as well somebody please give me some advice
