Can someone please please me? 😢

Ok so my last period started 3/23, ended 3/28, was normal, No LH surge 4/4 @ noon, had LH surge @ 8pm 4/4, noon 4/5, and 6pm 4/5, no LH surge @ noon 4/6. Spotted and had pelvic pain 4/4 & 4/5 and the the same spotting and pelvic pain 4/7 & a little spotting for 2 wipes only on 4/8. Had VERY mild cramps and some spotting for 3 wipes only 4/14. Pinching sharp pain not gas Monday 4/16 with intermittent mild cramping and throbbing breasts and sensitive nipples. I had a breast reduction 10yrs and haven’t hardly had feeling in my breasts/nipples since then so definitely haven’t ever had the tender nipples or breasts around PMS or AF so this was all new to me as well as that pinching feeling. I cramped SUPER mildly all week and then started spotting pink and brown for about 4 hrs on 4/18 and then it stopped abruptly. Started spotting brown again very lightly 4/19 around noon and it’s still going on but super faint and lightly this morning 4/20 with mild cramps. According to Ovia app AF was due today, glow says she was due yesterday. I’ve NEVER been late before or ever missed a period and normally my PMS goes like this: moody, irritable, (I’m neither moody or irritable this month) strong painful cramping starting 2 days before, spotting starting 2 days before and bright red, gets heavier the closer I get to AF coming, definitely has never stopped before, acne bad bad bad, like normally I look like a 13yr old. Now, I have none (thankfully) my skin looks great. Normally I feel like shit, run down, exhausted, in bad pain, achey all over, this month I feel great, energized, not achey, only mild cramping pain. Anyone have any guess to what is going on? I guess today is 15 DPO IF i ovulated on the 5fh when the LH surge was, or if I ovulated 36-48 hrs after that surge like the pamphlet says then that would’ve been 4/7 and I’d be 13 DPO so not sure which I am. Tests have all been negative and AF was due yesterday
