Should I test?

Hey y’all!

I ovulated the first week of April, and around the 11-13 had awful cramping and back ache... it felt like awful pms but aunt flow never showed... I was supposed to start my period yesterday but still nothing... I have been staying up all night and sleeping all day, nauseous at night time, super itchy boobs, watery fluids and I cannot stay out of the bathroom (tmi I’m sorry)

I know it’s early to wonder being that it’s only one day late... but should I test? I tested last week and had a negative...
