Please help me if your good at math

I have a math disability and am trying to figure this out. My boyfriend is going to propose to me soon. Our anniversary is September 1st and he'd propose before our anniversary. Since he told me I thought I'd turn it into a game. And he made his own math equation for me to solve. He gave me an equation for the number month and number date.

He knows I'm bad at math. So he thinks I'll never figure it out. Which is true without help. I'm severely math disabled. Please help
