Positive or not?

Okay so I posted earlier about having a positive ovulation test from today but my bbt said I ovulated last week however the ovulation test I took that day was negative. Well today was positive and I got nauseas while eating dinner last night and a wave of nausea at lunch so I googled positive ovulation test while pregnant and it said it was possible.. so I did my ovulation test and a pregnancy test when I got home tonight... what do you all think? We wanted to start trying in May since I just had my nexplanon implant removed March 28th.
