Boyfriend asked to have his child

TMI One night while me and my boyfriend was BD he asked me if i would have his baby and i just thought that he was just talking like that because we were BD and i left it alone, a few weeks later we BD again and he asked me the same question and it completely through me off guard because he actually stopped and waited for my response. Has anyone been asked from a guy to have their baby ? We have known each since we were teenagers and we just started being together not even a full year and he already wants a baby with me , I don’t have a problem with having kids i want some of my own but didn’t think that i would be asked the question so soon
