1st Cycle after coming off HBC... HELP PLEASE🙏🏻
First cycle after coming off hormonal birth control. Currently on a Vitex regimen to regulate and boost progesterone. Does anyone agree that these charts could be accurate for ovulation (cd11) and simply lower luteal phase temps due to low levels of progesterone?!
