Hemorrhoids

I recently found that I have two very small hemorrhoids near my anal area. I feel so ashamed and embarrassed to tell my s/o. I tell him everything but I’m scared he’ll react differently. I’ve done some research and it never hurts nor do I feel it being there. I mean if I didn’t do a search every now and then, I would’ve never known I had hemorrhoids. I was considering going to the doctor but research says that if they’re painless to just add fiber to my diet. I’m only 20 and I never thought things like this can happen
