im really confused

so i know no one will comment here. its very rare that anyone ever does. but imma give it a shot anyways. April i had my period 3 x..... Yes, 3 times!! i should mention i had severe coughing and gagging and ended up with bilateral pneumonia and in Hospital. The 3rd time was from the 28th of April till about the 8th of this month. I thought it would never end. None the less luckily it did. But now, im showing signs of pregnancy. Could i have concieved within this small time frame? Or am i just going crazy ? My periods ... al 3 of them werent extreme or painfull or anything. They were just normal , like always. Help a girl?
