Needing positivity

I am currently 6 weeks pregnant and have experienced minor cramping on and off since 4 weeks. My doctor reassured me without bleeding there was nothing to worry about. Last night a had a lot of bright red blood and went to the emerge. The bleeding only lasted about 10 minutes and stopped completely. The doctor ran blood work and checked ultrasound. Blood work came back perfect. Ultrasound was hard to make anything out so she booked me in for a formal ultrasound in two days with better equipment and more blood work. She sent me home and said to wait it out. I currently don't know if I am going to miscarry or if the bleeding was just something that happens. The doctor said sometimes women bleed in early pregnancy and it is unexplained. Has anyone on here experienced this and went on to have a healthy baby?
