First Job Experience

Okay so I recently got my first job 2 weeks ago and so last night did not go well. The shift leader kept yelling at me acting as if he was annoyed because I needed help with what I was doing and then he kept complaining about how I wasn’t done mopping the floors when I was the only person working in front counter which means that I had to stop what I was doing every 2 seconds to take their order. And then I’m tiny and he told me to take out the trash at night when it was completely dark and when I came back inside he asked did I put it in the garbage and I said no because I couldn’t reach it and he said I have to put it in there and if I did all the trash would’ve fell on me. And so when I go back inside I was about to restock everything until he told me to clean the bathroom and so when I came back from doing that he asked why haven’t I got done with restocking when I had to do what he just told me to to. Then he tells me to get the tea container and but it on the counter when I could barely even pick it up. Let me remind you every one was in the back doing their own thing. And so I pick it up and next thing u know tea has wasted all over the floor and nobody comes to help me and they all just laugh. And so when I went to mop he complained about how I was taking to long.
