High BP? advice please!!

Question

I had preeclampsia three years ago with my second pregnancy with a csection at 36 weeks. This is my third and I'm 36 weeks pregnant with a scheduled csection in 30 days. I've had a headache the past 2 days and checked my bp.. 160/99. My bp has been low thus far (120/70 and lower). I feel it is high though. should I just relax or go into labor and delivery to get checked! idk.. I hate sitting there and wasting a bed if it is truly nothing!

My doctor sent me to the hospital when my blood pressure was 160 an said that it was high. I would check it again an if it's high go to L&D.;

I talk to my doc about this yesterday (I was induced during my first pregnancy due to high BP). She said if I had two readings an hour apart over 140/90 and/or a splitting headache to call and then go in to L&D.; Best of luck!!

I had an emergency delivery due to HELLP!!

Anything over 140 in pregnancy is considered high. You need to call your doc!
