Help! Losing weight
Hey guys so i have had quite a bit of health issues since I had my son 2 years ago, so i haven’t lost much of my baby weight. A couple months back i started eating a little healthier and going to the gym, but Unfortunately my medical issues have came back and I am on antibiotics that deteriorate my joints,
therefore I am not able to do much working out these days. Has anyone had a good meal plan that has helped them lose weight without working out? Any input or advice would be great
