I need some advice

I need some advice i been having a lot of bad comments from my family that I been losing a lot of weight I know I’m not right but I can’t stop doing it. I had my baby girl 4 months ago I lost the baby weight less then I week but know I lost a lot more every time I need I have to vomit it or I have a lot of direah so tmi but I been in the hospital they told me I have infection on my uterus and my large intestine I been 2 different hospital and they both told me I’m okay only I need to take antibiotics last night I went to the hospital they infected mi antibiotics and gave me 10 pills when I got home I started vomiting and with direah like water I don’t know what els to do I want to eat but I can’t I went too 2 hospitals and they don’t find anything wrong with me I even losing a lot of hair any advice on what should I do ?
