Really big queef!

Kind of an embarrassing question. FTM here. I’m 22 weeks with an uncomplicated pregnancy. I had sex yesterday with my husband. Nothing crazy. Just missionary. And about an hour later went to bed (after clean up of course). This morning I woke up and had a huge queef. Like it started when I changed positions in bed and then if I beared down a bit it came out more. But it ended up being a LOT of air in there. I have no idea how all of that air got up there. Maybe I was passing gas in my sleep? Seems likely...? But it felt like more air then my vagina could reasonably hold so I was afraid it came out of my cervix/uterus. Didn’t lose my mucous plug as far as I could tell. Didn’t break my water. Baby girl has been squirming today so she seems ok. I think everything’s fine. But I just want some reassurance!
