Teething 😩😩

My daughter is 6 months old and has been miserable the past week. I think she’s teething. She’s been putting her hands in her mouth and drooling. But the past week she has been super congested. My boyfriend and I have been constantly putting saline drop in her nose and sucking her snot, making the bathroom steamy and sitting in there with her, a humidifier in her room. It just seems like nothing gives her relief 😔. Did any of your children experiences nasal congestion while teething?
