Possibly the start of appendicitis?

Ok guys, so I woke up suddenly around 2:30am with severe nausea then was throwing up a couple times. I then got stomach pains and ended up with diarrhea a few times. Ever since I’ve just been very nauseous and my belly feels very very full and bloated and right side is tender and hurts when I push down, only on right, not left. I know people say you’ll be in severe pain and can’t even move with appendicitis but I just don’t know what this could be? Any suggestions?

My first thought besides apendicitis is a kidney stone. It had me throwing up and in the worst pain of my life. The ER gave me pain meds while i was there and just told me to wait for it to pass once it was confirmed a kidney stone. But Definitely go to your doctor or urgent care immediately, just in case.

I had appendicitis and that's about right.. Except I didn't have to go number 2 at all

Oh shit GIRL.. if it’s appendicitis go to the ER asap!! A ruptured appendix is very dangerous. 
You don’t necessarily have to be in excruciating pain either. My sister had appendicitis and it started off as a constant pain/pressure in her mid abdomen, like a really bad stomach ache, and then it moved down to her lower right 
The pain was only unbearable when we were already on the way to the hospital, and there she was in tears from how bad if got. Docs said if she had waited any longer it would’ve ruptured & that’s always dangerous.
