BRAXTON HICKS HELP!!!

Okay so this is my second pregnancy. It's been 6 years since I've been pregnant so I don't remember much what things felt like. Well I'm 35w 3d and I just got home from the hospital because I was having BH every 3-4 mins. They kept me for a few hours hooked up to the monitor, gave me fluids and then checked my cervix. The fluids made the BH space out a lot more and my cervix wasnt dilating so that's good so they sent me home. I've been home for an hour and now I'm having BH again every few mins!!! Idk what to do. They weren't making me dilate at the hospital so idk if I should just stick it out at home or what....is too many BH not good????
