I offer, I wouldn’t just start cleaning though unless it was someone I was very close to.

Family, yes. It’s pretty much my job lol. Friends, I offer but I don’t force my help on them. I don’t like my guests helping me, so I assume some people feel the same way

I offer, absolutely. But I’m also not going to fight too hard to help if they say “no”. I’ll start to clear the table for instance but if they tell me to just leave the dishes in the sink, I’ll do just that. I won’t lie, it’s partially because I’m lazy.

I clean up after my self wherever I go to eat whether it’s a friends house family’s house I even clean my own table at restaurants and stack up the dishes neatly for my waiter or waitress

Depends on the situation. I will always offer to help and only lend a hand if the host accepts my offer. I know some people are very particular about the way they clean up so I never force my help on someone if they refuse it.

I offer but generally people say no. Then I don’t impose. I hate when people clean up at my house. Maybe that’s weird of me but it feels invasive and I’d rather pick up when they leave.

Yes. Even if I don’t know them that well. Always. It’s just a nice thing to do! Who wants to clean up a load of dishes after everyone has gone home! My mum always made my friends clean up after dinner and do dishes with the rest of us (I used to get so embarrassed!) and I never had to do the same at their house. I see now the important lesson she was teaching us all 🤣

Nope! I feel so awkward. I only help if they ask or if I'm staying the weekend so I could do them while they are showering or something. I hate when people do my dishes for me, so that might be why.
