Implantation bleeding

Sorry in advance for the TMI but I’m just so nervous! This is my first baby and have been trying for a year and it finally happened and now every little thing freaks me out and makes me think the worst! AKA bleeding. Picture below, I’m currently 6 weeks and have already had on and off of what I thought was implantation bleeding a few weeks ago (brown/pink blood) and my doctor said it was fine and I thought that was it. But as of last night I’ve had the below, and it’s not on my underwear, I only see it if I wipe hard or put some toilet ‘up there’ just to see if I’m bleeding and this is what I get! Haven’t had any cramps or anything like that.

Bleeding during the first trimester is just driving me crazy and making me so nervous! I’ve got an appt with my doctor in 3 days but I need a peace of mind now 😔 does the below look bad to any of you? It’s very dark brown, like what you get on the last day of your period.

Is this bad? Again only got that bad because I put a bit of toilet paper up me to see if I’m still bleeding 😩

Should I take a pregnancy test? Will that confirm anything?
