Any pregnant mommas who are still breastfeeding?!

Question

Im now 9 w3 days and still breastfeeding my 10
Month old. Since I found out, I feel like breastfeeding has been very painful. I don’t know if my nipples are sensitive because im pregnant or because my baby just got his fourth 
 tooth. But man, I brace myself each time he feeds. 😭😭

I breastfed until about 20 weeks and it was definitely uncomfortable but it was hard to separate out what was pregnancy related and what was because my son was proud of his new teeth and wanted to use them. eventually he just stopped feeding and went with nibbling so I stopped around 25 weeks and he hasn't shown any signs of being interested since. he's now almost 13 months

I found out I was preg when my daughter was 3 month I was ebf and when I had first midwife app she talked to me about how your milk changes and how my daughter could come off I was planning on tandem feeding but when she was 7 month old she warned her self off I was 4 month preg she is now 8 month and I’m 5 month preg and no longer feeding her
