irregular periods help

i keep getting really irregular periods. i’m currently on cerelle and before this i was on desogesterol. on desogesterol i had a new period two or three days after my last one had finished. on cerelle, i started off having a new period a week after my last one finished and i thought this was getting better as my last period was a normal time in between each period however my period was 10 days long. now it’s been 6 days and I have my new period. i’ve been on cerelle for almost 3 months now so i thought it would have evened out as my body got used to it. i’m worried that this means it isn’t working properly so i may have a risk of pregnancy or that it’s ruining my ovaries so that i won’t be able to have children in the future. what should i do/should i be worried?
