Diet and exercise frustration
I’ve always been somewhat of a couch potato. As years went by, and after having a baby, im officially at my heaviest weight and decided to do something about it. I started watching what I’m eating and tracking calories (my fitness pal) and I exercise 6 days a week. I have an at home gym so I utilize that and, if the weather is nice, go for 3-5 mile walks. Although it has only been a month, I haven’t lost any weight and my clothes don’t fit any different. How can I go from barely moving a muscle to moving around almost everyday and nothing happens to my weight? Makes me feel like it pointless. Any advice or thoughts?
