Fear of dating now

Some day I want to get married and have kids, but I’m literally scared to date at all because I feel like if I ever tell a future S/O that I get cold sores they would want nothing to do with me or be disgusted. I also feel like if any guy would even take an interest in me I would just politely decline and then later beat myself up about it and feel ashamed and tell myself I will probably never find love.
