9-10DPO cramps and back pain

Today I’m 10DPO. I’ve had cramps for the past two days. Last night it was on sided and the strangest feeling. Today I’m having AF like cramps, SUPER emotional, and my lower back hurts all across. Is this a good sign? Anyone had these symptoms and gotten a BFP? I tested this morning and not a thing
